Skijoring is essentially cross country skiing while being pulled by a dog or dogs. This picture is of yours truly and my old pal, Trigger out in South Dakota. I believe this was 2007. We are out on the snow covered ice that blew to the edge of the glacial lake common in the area of Northeast South Dakota (aka Prairie Pothole Region).
